Return & Refund Policy

At Avantika Hastkriti, we take pride in offering authentic, handcrafted products made with care. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after verification of the returned item.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In some cases, a replacement or store credit may be offered instead of a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the handcrafted process and not considered defects.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
